The Airport.
When we arrived Murtala Mohammed International Airport
it was really clean and organised and it wasn’t
long before got our bags.
The Trip to Ibadan.
On the way to Ibadan there were a lot of markets and
security checks. The house we were staying in was a
three bedroom bungalow but there were three toilets
and three bathrooms.
Ibadan.
In Ibadan there were a lot of Churches and schools and
a lot of shops. There were quite a few fast food shops
in Nigeria one of the shops was called Mr Biggs. I Mr
Biggs they sold Fried and Jollof Rice as well as chicken
and burgers.
Entertainment.
In Ibadan there was an amusement park called Trans amusement
park. At Trans, there were a few shops, a restaurant,
a nightclub a roller coaster, bumper cars, a ferris
wheel, a merry go-round and a fly cars thing. On the
last night I was in Ibadan I watched a movie on Nigeria
Television Authority station (a terrestrial channel)
called Undercover Brother and in October they are only
just showing it on Sky digital channel Sky Box Office
for around £12.00 which proves that things in
Nigeria can come before they come to the United Kingdom.
Buildings.
When we went to Ibadan we saw two main buildings one
was called Glass House (really called Johnson Insurance
house). The building was gold and the second was called
Coco house. The church that we went to in Ibadan was
really big and is bigger than the average church.
Lagos.
When we were in Lagos we saw a really posh hotel called
Sheraton and we went to the beach. The beach was very
clean and there were a lot of shops. We had a lovely
time.
We left for Britain 18th Aug 2003. We flew on Air France
with a stop over in Paris.
